Extend faces should be easier to edit
User Access:
The commands are used the same way as before, unless the user checks the "Use same distance for all edges" box. In the latter case, the user only has to enter the distance once, or change it once, to assign that distance to all selected edges.
User Impact:
The "Extend Face" and "Extend Open Shape" commands now work the way they were intended to work, as far as editing is concerned. The only enhancement is a new "Use same distance for all edges" option, which makes it possible to change the distance for all edges without deselecting/reselecting each edge when the user wants to assign the same distance to every edge.

Enhancement for Surface extension command
User Access:
Check the "Use same distance for all edges" box to apply the "Distance" field to every selected edge. Uncheck the box to get the original behavior (select an edge, enter a distance, select another edge, enter another distance, etc.).
User Impact:
The "Use same distance for all edges" option, when on, makes it possible to enter or change the extension distance only once to apply that value to all selected edges. When the option is off, the commands behave as before, i.e. the user enters a distance for each selected edge and edits the distance only for the last selected edge.
