Customization of shop documentation
User Access:
Via the new CAM Tab Deck, select the Document button. On the Output Form, select "Customize XML Output". This launches the CAM XML Layout Manager which organizes comprehensive lists of information to be output in four categories - Machine, Toolpath, Cutters and Operations. The User can include/exclude any item on each list.
User Impact:
Workshop documentation can be output with VX’s CAM XML wizard. The information output can be customized to a fine degree.

Add Feature, CRound. Set the filter to surface or curve. If you pick Curve, set the radius of the feature.
User Impact:
corner round mill tools are supported in v14.00.

(RG) CAM: Add 4axis version of Swarf Cut Operation
User Access:
The new field of "Four Axis Plane" works in the same way as for any other 5x operation. If it is defined, the tool axis will be forced to stay inside the axis plane specified.
User Impact:
A new field of "Four Axis Plane" is introduced to 5x swarfcut for a user to create 4x swarfcut tool paths.
5-axis milling

(TR) 5X drive curve with surface Thick -3 fails
User Access:
Surface thick should always be applied along local surface normal. By this enhancement, a user is able now to cut curves into surfaces in big negative surface offset along local face direction.
User Impact:
In 5x, larger negative surface thick than tool radius was not allowed. The project removed this limitation for any 5x driving curve operation.

2x Milling - Corner Round Operation

4c - spiral cut with cutter compensation
User Access:
Set auto engage and retract option to either Linear or Circular Linear, select Cutter Compensation option, then calculate toolpath and output.
User Impact:
User highly demanded Radius Compensation in spiralcut operation for a while, which was available only in profilecut and rampcut in v13.x release. Now it is available in all mill2 operations except in Helical and Chamfer operations.

4c - multi plane drilling for machines with indexed rotation axis
User Access:
In addition to Automatic, a new option of None is added to the 5-axis linking type for 5-axis hole making. If the linking type is set as None, no 5-axis style path linking will be added to the hole making tool path. However, the tool will still traverse between holes of the same orientation. The tool approaches from and retracts to the clearance height at each plane.
User Impact:
The enhancement enables users to create multi-plane 5-axis index hole making tool paths in one operation definition without the need to define a frame for each hole orientation.
