The "Center of Curvature" option is in all point-pick RMB popup menus. 

 User Impact:
The "Center of Curvature" option makes it possible to select the center of an arc when critical point picking fails to recognize the arc as an arc.

3D circle can be aligned on a plane.

User Access:
Wireframe fillet chamfer and blends commands 

User Impact:
For Wireframe fillets, chamfers and blends in 2D and 3D, a single input curve can now be selected twice. This allows a closed non-tangent continuous curve to be filleted.
