11603 (OG) Missing file extend in path at attributes/rendering

User Access:
Simply type-in a file name or browse to an existing file.

User Impact:
The file name field will now also display a file extension but since VX 14 uses a different render engine (POV-Ray), it can only be ".bmp"

plotting

19810 ’windows standard’ print interface

User Access:
File...Print pulldown

User Impact:
It is easier to create the desired print.

21570 For color printing, we would like to select the type of background, such as ’Screen’ or ’Ignore (=white)’.

User Access:
Via File/Print... the Print Setup form is displayed. There is an option on the form "Print background". By default, the option is not selected and the printed background will be white. If the option is selected, the currently displayed background will be printed.

User Impact:
VX v14 has all-new Print and Plotting interfaces. Printing the current background (color or image) is now optional. Via the Print Setup form, the User can decide at print time whether or not to print the background as seen on screen.

22962 ’Scale to fit’ during printing does not work in shaded, hidden line mode

User Access:
Print, "Scale to fit"

User Impact:
Print "Scale to fit" is working for shading, hidden line and combination.

19525 Need to move the Quick Install button to the next screen for consistency

User Access:
Quick install is now available as the first option on the install type window.

User Impact:
The quick install is no longer available on the "License Agreement" window.

table manager

10639 (TR) hole table2 lost values by regen holetable

User Access:
User access to this enhancement has not changed. The table regen command is used to see that user edits are no longer lost.

User Impact:
User edits to individual table cells now stick when the table is regenned.

11798 (TR) add hole to hole table (regen holetable)

User Access:
Edit the existing hole table. Activate the Holes field on the form and pick additional holes to include in the table.

User Impact:
Holes can now be added to an existing hole table without recreating the entire table.

12246 Hole Table: Change titles of columns reverts back to defaults after regen

User Access:
There is no change in the way the user may access the table regen command.

User Impact:
User edits to tables (BOM, hole, electrode) now "stick" when the table is regenned.

12582 (OG) Impossible to edit table

User Access:
There are a couple of ways to edit an existing table. The first is to select Edit Table on the table manager & then select the table name (or select the name, then select Edit whichever you prefer) or RMB->Edit on the inserted table.

User Impact:
Implemented the ability to EDIT/REDEFINE an existing table, modify the header column selection, and still keep associativity. When editting an existing table, the appropriate form for the table creation and all of the information will be correctly populated. It is now possible to add, delete, move table columns after the table has been created. Text and attributes of individual cells can be editted via the Edit Cell button.
