User Access:
2D sheet, Electrode table. Label.  

User Impact:
User can specify alternate contents for the table balloons/notes. 

Create Electrode Table
Table Manager

User Access:
The user uses the electrode blank command the same way as it did before.  

User Impact:
The default values for the length, width, and thickness are now 80. Now the default values for the length and width will be the same as the electrode length and width and the thickness will be half the height of the electrode.

Create Blank for Electrodes
