12283  ( MB ) Enhancement: optional inputs by the command constant fillet

User Access:
On the options form of the Fillet command there is now a drop-down list of actions: Sew, Trim, Divide, No Action.

User Impact:
When applying constant fillets, the User can choose how the new geometry is integrated with the existing geometry.
