Insert > Features (Part Level)

Use this command to create a constant lip feature along selected edges based on two offset distances. The required inputs include the face edges to feature and the 1st and 2nd offsets. You can continue to select edges, faces and enter offsets until you complete the desired lip feature.

Required Inputs

• Edges
  Select the edge to apply the lip feature to.
  
  
• Face
  Select the face on the first side of the edge. This face will receive the first offset distance. You may only select a face that borders the selected edge.
  
  
• 1st offset
  Specify the first offset distance. Lip setback distances are +/- relative to the face normal. Only -/- setback lips on convex edges and +/+ offset lips on concave edges are supported at this time.
  
  
• 2nd offset
  Specify the second offset distance.
