Question Title Supported 3D Fillet Cases
The table below contains the 3D fillet cases supported by VX during incremental filleting. These cases represent various topological conditions (i.e., relationships between vertices, edges, and faces). Your part geometry may differ while meeting these same topological conditions. Note that where constant fillets are shown, variable fillets can be created by attaching Variable Attributes to the indicated edges.

Note that the Fillet Face option needs to be set to Minimal. Also, note that the Sew option has been chosen. Then notice that we have only trimmed and deleted sides where the fillet shell goes all the way across.

Note that "Base face" has been set to "No Action" to obtain this fillet. A corner patch has been provided with the resulting fillet shell. Both the "No Action" option and the "Partial Results" option can provide corner patches.
